What is the difference between a HOUSE & UNIT?

A HOUSE is described as a residential structure that is situated on its own title of land and not shared, Commonly known as Torrens Title. Examples would be like a Stand alone house, Town houses, Duplex’s, Villa’s or Terraces

A UNIT is described as a residential structure that shares its land title with others, Commonly known as Strata Title.  Examples would be self contained dwelling in a multi level building.
