  • The purpose of this inspection is to provide advise to a prospective purchaser regarding the condition of the property at the time of the inspection.
  • The inspection shall comprise of a visual assessment of accessible areas of the property to identify major & minor defects and safety hazards and to form an opinion regarding the general condition of the property at the time of inspection.
  • This inspection complies with Australian Standards 4349.1 2007
