My wife and I were facing an $8000 strata bill for damage to a common wall. We had no experience or knowledge of what to do other than a gut instinct that something wasn’t right.
Thankfully my wife found Glen’s website and after the first contact we knew we had the right person.
He did a comprehensive sight inspection that outlined all the issues and who was responsible. We were so relieved he was on our side.
Long story short we got the issue completely sorted and we didn’t pay a cent.

We had the unfortunate experience of contracting a dodgy builder who did not build our house to DA Consent or building Standards. We endured a very lengthy battle trying to right things. The builder had no intentions of doing the right thing so we had to enlist the help of a building expert. We went through 2 building 'experts' before we got to Awesim (Glen). We wasted a great deal of time and money with the first 2 'experts', if only we had contacted Glen 12 mths earlier. To cut a very long 3yr story short, we lodged our claim with NCAT and sort the help of Glen to conduct an expert witness report and Scott Schedule to support our claim. Glen was honest and thorough. We appreciated his openness and also credibility in not leading us down a garden path to disappointment. As an expert witness Glen is required to adhere to a code of conduct, unlike many other 'experts' Glen actually does adhere to this code and we respected this as we knew it was important to get a realistic perspective heading into a lengthy NCAT process. We had lawyers, expert engineers, fire consultants and in the end a barrister enlisted to support us through our claim. I do believe due to Glen's experience and knowledge he helped build our case into a credible claim, and whilst every home owner applicant going through NCAT will never come out on top, Glen certainly helped us achieve a 'victory' over the builder. I would thoroughly recommend Awesim (Glen) to anyone looking for a building expert or needing a building inspection. Thank you again Glen.
